Privacy policy

Fragr can be browsed without an account and without giving us any personal information. We do not sell personal data.

What we collect. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept briefly for security and debugging. If you use search or the recommender, the queries are processed to serve your request and are not tied to an identity.

Affiliate links. Links to Amazon include our affiliate tag. Amazon sets its own cookies on its own site under its own privacy policy; we do not receive information about who you are from those purchases, only aggregate commission reports.

Accounts. Creating an account stores your email address, a hashed password (we can never see the password itself), and the fragrances you save. Your email is used to sign you in and — only if you left the marketing checkbox on — to send occasional product news, price drops and offers. You can opt out at signup or unsubscribe from any email, and your account and data are deletable on request.
